fear of going to hell
I have a fear of going to hell when I die. Currently the biggest thing is I got a new bed set and it had some unknown red dye or something on it. I have an irrational fear that touching the red dye will make me go to hell. I can't seem to get over it. Any suggestions?
Yeah...that is a really long time and obviously you don't have the tools you need to combat the thoughts. It is time to see a psychologist, get diagnosed, and learn cognitive behavioral therapy.
I wonder...did something trigger this like a movie or something? Usually there is some sort of trigger even if you don't remember it.
