herbal supplements for effexor induced loss of sex drive

I was prescribed wellbutrin for a loss of libido I have been experienceing ever since being on effexor for OCD. I have been on effexor for about 9 years now, and it works great for me, except for the no sex thing. I would like to do something about this, but I am afraid to be taking yet another medication. Does anyone know if there are any herbal supplements that help a women's sex drive and can be taken with effexor? One of the reasons I dont want to take wellbutrin, is that I dont want to experience any side effects if I have to come off it, or have any side effects while taking it. Thanks so much for your help.
