Hi Sunshine.   Well, I'm not sure if there is a hell, but if there is, you aren't going there for saying bad words and yelling at your mother.   If that's all it took, everyone would be going there.

It sounds like you are obsessing about something that involves the unknown.  This is common with OCD as most people with OCD do not like dealing with uncertainty.   I know because that is at the root of how it effects me.  I hate not knowing things and will try to find as much information as possible to convince myself that something is 100% certain, which is impossible because nothing is 100% certain in life.   The trick is to do the right thing with things that are under your control and not worry about the things which you can't control.   I know, easier said than done.   You may want to talk to a therapist about your worries and develop a strategy for dealing with them.

In the meantime, try not to swear and do something nice for your mom.  We all have a good side and a bad side.  Try to do more good than bad (or at least balance it out).   So far, compared to what a lot of people do, you haven't done anything bad at all.
