is this ocd? i need some help

I don't know what i am going through i don't know what this is.
Well i am 20 year old male i had depression before due to smoking marijuana once only. I've been prescribed for prozac day time & elavil at night. I also did ct scan because of headaches but the headaches went away but after taking prozac (4th week) it puts some pressure on my head i can't describe it like if i dont do something my mind tells me to do i get this pressure feeling in head it makes me feel really weird. I can give an example "I am driving and in my head i tell my self steer to left and right" if i dont do it i start feeling pressured and not comfortable.
Any help would be great.
