just need someone to talk to

I have become very fearful of sperm. I think it's everywhere and that it's just out to get me pregnant. I do live with my dad, brother and nephew. So these thoughts run constantly.

I really don't know why these thoughts became, but they are a pain. The bathroom, towels, washing my clothes with theirs, just annoying thoughts everyday.

I know that sex is the way to get pregnant, but my minds keeps saying "what if, what if" and it drives me crazy!!

Any advice, help, anything. Would help. Thanks.

this is definitely a case of ocd , this time u are surrounded by thoughts of sperms all around due to fear of getting pregnant, it may change after some time but u will feel constant anxiety causing thoughts until u take treatment for it, so please consult a psychiatrist  for it.

and regarding sperms , they cant survive outside the body for a long time, and suppose unknowingly u rubbed ur vagina with a cloth having semen on it, still the chances of getting pregnant are zero, because fertilization is done when sperms reach to the eggs, for this they need fast ejaculation from penis hence u cant get pregnant just by rubbing a cloth having semen on it
