really freaked out

hi there, i have a weird thing about hiv. Everywhere i go i think im gonna get it. When i see blood, go to the doctor, dentist, hairdresser you name it i get freaked out... what if someone cuts me with the sissors? what if there is blood on the towel? did the nurse re use the needle do i need to get retested???

i have had a hiv test over 15 times in the last year please help me i dpn't know what to do....

hey my friend, this will help you, HIV lives for like... heck, for like seconds outside the body. you are ok man, you are not going to get it. thing of times long ago in the past when they had no HIV testing or even medications, or even soap to wash hands with (im talking about every day life abck then)  no one got it then. you are ok my friend, HIV is not a thret to you.

Try not to stress too much, i know easy said than done, but believe me you are ok. People go to the dentist, hairdressers, doctors all the time, if it was that easy to catch everyone would have it.

Its your irrational thoughts that are playing games with you, keep telling yourself that its a irrational fear.

All the best, i hope you can overcome your irrational fear you have.
