Not to upset you, I feel there is more issues than just OCD and I don't know your age but it sounds like all this is controlling your life.  The voices and sights probably won't go away until something changes.  The only way I know to bring about change is to do something different than what you have been doing.  You need outside help and that calls for therapy.  Obviously there are issues you need resolved.  A lot of fear comes from anger or resentment.  You are a good person, it is just your mind playing tricks on you.  You are a worthy person and you are meant to be happy and at peace.  You will be in my prayers.

one thing for sure is that u do have ocd and i think you're sure u have it also. and the other thing that you said about hearing voices in your head and seeing things might mean that you have schizophrenia.
that's when you see and hear things that are not there and other people cant see nor hear them except for u.. but then, since when has this started? do u know..?  schizophrenia is something psychological.

People with OCD often experience intrusive thoughts, which may include voices and visions. However, the voices and visions are generally in the form of thoughts and not hallucinations that may be mistaken for something real or corporeal. In your opinion, are you having hallucinations or is it intrusive thoughts?
