switching from zoloft to cymbalta

i recently have posted a few blogs on here regarding zoloft and have taken up the issues with my doc and they switched me to cymbalta. they feel that cymbalta is more for anxiety issues then zoloft. i am on day 3 and feel good. my doc had me not take my zoloft for one night and start the cymbalta the next night. my thing is that i can't get out of my head that antidepressants cause suicidal thoughts. i am always asking myself am i ok am i going to kill myself. i did this soooo bad on zoloft but read some horrible stuff on zoloft. i have severe anxiety as well as mild ocd. i am not going to do anything to myself it is just constant worry about being on meds i guess. i don't know much about cymbalta other then my mom was on it for mild depression at one time and sleep issues and she loved it. i hope i made the right choice. should i be worried about this are just let it go but the thing is that i just don't know what to look for if it does cause issues like the above concern.
