Chronic Hip Pain in 26 year old

Chronic Hip Pain in 26 year old

I am a 26 year old female living with chronic hip pain on my right side only. I have had this pain for about 5 years chronically and off & on for about 3 years before that. I am 5'6'' and about 150lbs so I am not horribly overweight. I have been to my internist. He took an x-ray of my hips. He said my bones looked thin for someone my age. He checked my vitamin D which ended up being very low (i have found out most people are low on their vitamin D). He started me on vitamin D. Pain didn't really change. He referred me to an endocrinologist. He didn't do anything other than tell me to take vitamin D. Went back to the internist. He referred me to who referred me to an osteopath. She had me get an MRI of both hips to rule out AVN. AVN was ruled out, she wanted me to get physical therapy. I can't afford the therapy and my work wont let me take time off to get it. I am kind of at a stand still at this point. I sit at a computer for work. If i sit too long my hip is very tight when I get up. I limp sometimes. The severity goes up and down. I cannot run or jog much because I get very sore. I feel like an old woman and nobody has any answers. Can anyone help? I don't know where to turn.
