Mold exposure

Me and another employee work in a small firm. Last weekend we had a really bad storm and a lot of water leaked into the basement. When we came into work on monday, we notice about an inch and a half of standing water in several parts of the basement. We immediately alerted our boss of this situation, and it did not seem to concern him too much. On wednesday, nothing had been done yet, and we began noticing mold growing on the walls of the basement, and again alerted our boss the seriousness of the situation. Well, it is now friday and still nothing has been done. The basement has no windows, so there is no way for us to air it out. Even with the windows upstairs open, the smell is almost unbearable. And yesterday, me and my coworker began feeling disoriented and had a headache. Our boss is hardly ever here, so has hardly any exposure to the mold. We have taken pictures of the mold and documented the conversations we had with our boss about the situation just to be safe. We had considered sending an anonymous tip to the city inspector, but we are afraid they will shut us down for a while, and we cannot afford to be paid while it is being cleaned up. Any advice on what we should do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
