Oil in mouth

Sorry, but I don't know where else to put this question. This seemed like the best place... I think. If it needs to be moved, let me know.

Anyways. I was using an electronic device earlier when it froze up on me, so I had to find something sharp to use to reset. Not having any luck, I found an old spring in my drawer. It was skinny enough, so I placed the very end of it between my teeth and pulled, trying to straighten it out. I saw on the tip of my index finger a bit of black stuff, not much, but still there. It was then that I started to panic.

See, the spring I had used was once a part in a revolver. What it'd do was it'd spring and knock out the empty shells from the cylinder. And I guess it was covered in some sort of oil/lubricant. I don't know what kind, so... I dunno. The spring itself has been sitting in my room for about two years, and it probably hadn't been oiled even longer before that. But I guess that doesn't matter... but anyways.

Should I be concerned that it got inside my mouth, that I probably ingested a bit of it? I mean, not very mouth of the spring got in my mouth, maybe about... --- That long. And the spring itself is ultra skinny. So the amount I would have ingested is very tiny. But still. I don't know if that would matter or not...

About five minutes after realizing my mistake, I repeatedly washed out my mouth with water, but I probably would have ingested it by then anyways... I tried to induce vomiting, but failed.

Am I going to get lead poisoning from this? After reading that calcium and stuff helped fight lead poisoning I started drinking a lot of orange juice.
