Treatment for Foot Drop

Earlier this year ( In march) I feel and Dislocated my left knee.. They put it back, but for 3 months I had external fixatures ( or Rods) in my left leg.. I recently had them removed in June..I now have foot drop where I cant left my ankle towards my face. and certain parts of my foot is numb.. Is there is cure for foot drop? what can I do to fix this..>?
