Sjogrens on the job

Sjogrens on the job

I was moved to a job that required me to use repetitive motion against my request, I developed a elbow injury and told my manager, who did not file a first report of injury. the company now is requiring me to file a WC claim. Will I be denied due to the fact that I have Sjogrens Syndrom (syndrome) and have since 2004?

Hello,

In short, the acceptance or denial of your worker's compensation claim by the employer should not be dependent upon whether or not you have Sjogren's Syndrome.
