industrial deep fryer fumes, health risks

Thank you for the answer. I do not experience any symptoms. I had to search for the risks as a part of my work, and could not find anything recognizable apart from acrylamide formation but this is not documented as a long term hazard.

Dear Nora,

I found a link to a Canadian website that has pertinent information regarding your question and concerns.

http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/securit/chem-chim/acrylamide/index_e.html

The "Questions and Answers" section is particularly relevant.

I hope this is helpful to you.
