Gloria,
With the additional information, I would recommend that you be seen by a medical provider who can take a complete medical history and perform a physical examination. Then, they can make recommendations on diagnostic tests (labs, x-rays, ultrasound, etc) that would help narrow down the possible causes of your symptoms.

I am 28 yrs old, no previous medical problems except back pain (after my last son's birth) for which my doctor prescribed naproxen (but I only take it when necessary). My family's history starts with cancer (they grow masses in their breast, back, palm of hand and armpit) 1/2 benign 1/2 malignant most of the time when they do have them. My mom, aunt and uncle get them often about every 6 years. My uncle is currently battling cancer. Other family history is diabetes (uncle), congential heart defects (mom, cousin, aunt, grandfather), and high blood pressure (mom, grandfather). I do not smoke, rarely drink, and am a full-time student, stay at home mom of 3 boys 1, 4, and 6 yrs old, and wife.
Hello Gloria,
Abdominal pain with the other symptoms that you describe could be caused by many things. I would recommend that you see your personal physician (or one of his/her partners) as soon as possible.
If you provide a little more information about your health history (age, medical problems, medications, family history, smoking status, occupation), I could provide some more specific thoughts.
