Hip surgery again.....??

Hi, I had a saucerization hip surgery in Jan. Now I'm startin 2 have more pain again, seen the surgeon yesterday & he said where my pain is...its the plate/titanium rod & that he can remove it! What I waNT 2 KNOW IS HOW BAD THE PAIN/RECOVERY WILL BE ON SOMETHING LIKE THIS?? i THOUGHT( OOPS!Sorry I hit the caps!) it would be less but he said 6 wks non-weight bearing! Thats what it was suppose 2 be when I had these hip surgeries 2 begin with, but ended up 10wks on 1st one & 9 on 2nd!! And these surgeries were way more than I thought I was gettin' myself into!! I could not walk for 5 months, that was a long time in a wheelchair!! What do U think of this?? Thank U for ur time Sir, Brandy
