Is it normal

I had an orif (4 pins) of my right pinky finger 2 1/2 weeks ago.  Today I noticed a pin came through the skin.  It also looks like 2 other pins are coming through.  Is this normal?

sometimes the pins are left out through the skin for removal at a later date.  However, if these pins were originally buried, and have now worked their way out, you should notify your surgeon immediately.
