pain in femur bone.

i am 20yrs old girl.last 6yrs back i was suffering frm pain in my right leg near femur bone to be specific nearer to thigh region.i had consulted a orthopaedic doctor who suggested me to undergo biopsy test after seeing my scanning repot, the biopsy test was negative fr cancer and the test confirmed it was a ordinary cyst, this was operated and removed and since the cyst was inside the bone , after removing it they had applied a german bone paste to cover up tat region.my right leg is healthy now but the problem now im facing is the same kind of a pain in my left leg in the same femur bone region of my thigh.my symptoms are just pain nearer to the mid of my hip and my thigh and there is no swelling nor any other symptoms.so do i need to undergo once again this kind of operation?pls suggest any other alternative method to cure this pain as i don want to undergo one more operation.

Go back and see your treating orthopedist. If there is a cyst and it has suddenly become painful, surgery may not be necessary, but a thorough evaluation is definitely necessary.
