Persistent and worsening pain for 8 months after surgery is not normal.  Sometimes after an arthroscopic subacromial decompression, which is the surgery routinely done for rotator cuff tendonits, the acromial clavicular joint can become unstable and inflammed.  This, in turn, would cause pain and burning in the front of the shoulder.  see your surgeon, and let him have a look.

I saw him several times and I told him about th epain that Im having in that left shoulder, he refused to sent him to take another MRI. I think he did something wrong and he knows it and that's the reason why he wont treat me, the pain that I have are constant burning pain that radiates from the shoulder to my elbow down to my forearm.
