CT results

Hi, I have just had a rather painful spinal injection following the results of a CT scan I had done.  My CT scan said:

Grade 4 anterolisthesis of L5/S1. Bilateral chronic L5 pars defect. Facet joint
OA at L3/4 and L4/5.  Both are stenosed.

I had previous surgery 7 years ago for a spinal fusion and decompression of L5/S1, after being diagnosed with "gross spondilolisthesis.

Could you please put into "English" what my CT scan indicated.

I am in a considerable amount of pain, and am told the spinal injection can take a while to "kick in".  Can you give me any indication when I can expect this to happen.  I am completely weary.

Many thanks
