Pain in left foot even after the cast and physical therapy

I broke my growth plate in my foot in late July, had the cast on for about 6 weeks, a walking boot for about 2 or 3, and then physical therapy up until early October (they dismissed me from therapy early because i was doing much better than expected). However whenever I mess with my foot (like twist it or apply pressure) i can tell that somethings wrong because i still feel slight pain. SHould I go back to see my orthopedic doctor, go back to therapy, wear my walking boot again?

Definitely go back and see your treating doctor. When you see him, as him to tell you a little more about your injury.  Broke your foot is a little vague. There are quite a few bones in your foot and ankle. Also, its important to know how bad the fracture was.

It was the growth plate in my foot that's all I know but thank you!
