Hi I have had a ligament reconstruction on my left knee and 11 months on I am still in pain and I cannot run or walk for longer than 10 minutes at a time and I end up in so much pain I end up limping straight away is this normal

11 months does seem like a long time. However, several factors do come into play.  What ligament was recontructed? How was it done, Allograft vs. your own tissue? What other injuries were there? What is your overall fitness level? How old are you?

you may have developed post-traumatic arthritis from your other injuries .  see your MD for re-evaluation.
