Shoulde Spasm

Dear Sir,
I am suffering from shoulder spasm for last 1 yr. I have tried everything from allopathy,homoepathy and physiotherapy without any result. Initially it started at left shoulder but shifted to right by Physiotherapy. After this i again took Physiotherapy for 15 days.
But no result. No doctor has reccomended X ray. I have undergone physiotherapy for atleast 4 times for 7 to even 15 days.Is there no treatment available for this?

If one of the doctors you've consulted is not an orthopedist, you should see one as soon as possible.  I wonder if the problems you are experiencing are not really from your shoulders, but rather from your neck.  Certainly, for a problem that has continued for a year without relief from the treatment you've received, an xray and possibly an MRI seems warranted.

Dear Michael,
I am very thankful for ur answer but
I had shown my spasms to two MS ortho and I even asked them whether I should do X ray but they told me it is related to muscles so it wont requires X ray.One of the doctors told me that never  apply ointment or gel to this but the other doctor gave me a gel.
Is this any serious problem or uncurable.What should I do now?
