Shoulder dislocation/chest spasms
I recently had an anterior dislocation of my left shoulder when I crashed on my mountain bike. I'm 34 years old. This happened about a week and 3 days ago. I dislocated it again 3 days after when I bent over without my sling on. Since then I have this weird pulse/vibration feeling which comes from under my left peck muscle and lasts 3-4 seconds. Like that "rush" trembling feeling when we stretch upon waking up or as my wife says, "Must feel like when my milk would let down while breast feeding." It comes and goes and is pretty mild. However when I feel it happening, I can't feel it vibrate with my hand when I place it on my chest. Is this normal?

It sounds like muscle spasms, either in the subscapularis muscle or the pectoralis.  Either way, the spasms should not be a cuse for alarm, particularly if they are mild and are getting better.  Most patients over thirty do not require surgery for recurrent dislocation, but some do.  Two weeks is too early to tell.
