post acl surgery

i had acl reconstruction suegery 6 months earlier(also had bone contusion) . acl was reconstructed using hamstring graft.i nw hav full range of motion bt cant straighten it completly. it was goin fine bt started havin swelling a month back .i took medicines fr that n it improved bt now i hav pain in front (just below the knee cap) n back of knee n in ankle particularily while walking.this injury is very draining emotionally..can u please suggest something sir/mam?

I am concerned you may be developing a "cyclops" lesion, or scar tissue in the front of the knee following ACL reconstruction.  This may be a result of incomplete resection of the residual ACL stump, or the postoperative scar tissue. Either way, this forms a block to extension.  You should see your surgeon, who may modify your PT or suggest a minor arthroscopic procedure to remove the cyclops.
