puss ozes

my left leg tibia and fibula both broken in an accideent about  8 and half months ago. fracture has alaready healed. in surgery external fixators were applied, wiring was done by making holes in the bone. while boring,drill machine was moved in a bigger diameter makeing a wound which was also burnt. this wound still not healed. a very little drop of pus ozzes out. only one drop comes out and followed by blood. many antibiotics have been used and at  present taking cap dalacin c for the last 2 days. too much swelling is also seen from knee to foot. kindly let me k now the condition of my leg. my doctor says it will take me about 3 months more to fully recover. if there is anything of great concern. kindly let me know. and guide me with adivice in detail. thanks

It sounds as if you had a very serious injury.  Unfortunatey, you have described what appears to be a draining sinus tract, which might be a sign of chronic osteomyelitis, a bone infection.  The treatment includes both oral and intravenous antibiotics, and may require further treatment to debride (clean out) the bone.
Hopefully the fracture has, or will, heal. After that, any remaining hardware can be removed and the infection eradicated.
