disc narrowing L4-L5

I have a report saying disc narrowing Lr-L5 Levoscoliosis What does this mean.  Need I worry about needed
surgery or being able to work

You need to change your lifestyle and decrease the pressure on your back. Posture contol by proper ergonomics, proper foot wear, proper chair for sitting, proper position while driving, should avoid lifting of weights are the few advices you have to follow. Strengthening of back muscles in bulk and strength is advised. If conservative treatment fails and your symptoms detoriate you would need a surgery. Take care!
