well if the decrease of your range of movement is due to the scar tissue adhesion, then a cure is surely available.
However it's your orthopaedic surgeon who will decide whether it's really due to scar tissue or some other factorFactor ix complex (not neurologist).
So meet an orthopaedician at the earliest.
