Did you visit a neurologist. A pediatric neurologist would be a good idea as he can rule out any spine related problems, or nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity related problems. She need a proper diagnosis. The chronic illness, diarrhea and other problems may also aggravate weaknessWeakness and pain. Is she in her normal range of weight as per her age?
As MRI and X-ray reports are normal at the local site she has no problems with any injuries of bones, ligaments and tendons.
