2 FRACTURES IN HAND (BOXERS INJURY)

i had 2 fractures in my hand (left) near the pinky  complete end of hand and i had a cast for 2 weeks and they took it of saying im good to go but i cant box for two months :'( but will i be able to do sum training? pushups, curls ect?

Hello!

Wear a finger splint for couple of weeks more till your pain subsides and your fracture will heal completely.

After any fracture you have to give a time of 4 weeks for complete bone healing and strengthening.

After 4 weeks you would need to consider some physiotherapy if your fracture has healed.

For any other complication you have to follow up with an orthopedician.
