A few questions about my spinal injuries

A few questions about my spinal injuries

Basically whats going on it that I have a lot of back problems listed below that I think were partially or fully caused by a car accident about a year and a half ago. My lawyer wants a report from my doctor stating if they were caused by the accident or not. My current situation is I was collecting disability but exhausted my funds. I have no medical coverage since I was forced to quit my job a little over a year ago. I am 26 years old 25 when the accident happened and I live in Missouri.

The Accident
I was driving (when I lived in California) down main street a lady in the left turn lane coming the opposite direction pulled out in front of me (I was going 40mph) and came to a complete stop less than 1 car length in front of me. (She said that she had to pee really bad.) Slammed on the brakes but couldn't stop in that distance. Must of still been doing 35mph when i hit her (T boned) directly in between the front and rear tire. I was in a little Saturn and she was driving a Toyota 4runner suv if that matters at all. I was wearing a seat belt (Thank God) and the airbags deployed.

First
More than likely were the conditions listed below caused by the accident?

Second
Are there any programs that I might be able to enroll in to get the report I need?

And Third
Are there any suggestions you might have towards helping to deal with the pain or a possible fix.

The problems I have are in the lumbar spine
-nucleus desiccation x1
-early nucleus desiccation x1
-mild degenerative disc disease x2
-early degenerative disc disease x1
-mild posterior annular disc bulging measuring 3mm in depth x1
-early bilateral intraforaminal angular disc bulging x3
-early facet osteoarthritis x2
-slight reversal of normal cervical lordosis

-one doctor thinks that a few of the discs are torn but cant be sure without a discogram (which I can't afford)

hello its most unlikely any of what you mentioned have been caused by the accident , degeneration as you mentioned of the disc occurs throughout time not suddenly...and the osteoarthritis the same thing.....the sudden stop may have aggravated it but didnt cause it in the first place....an mri is sufficient to reveal whats going on instead of a discogram....and the bulging of the discs can be repaird by a simple spinal surgery process....all the best
