How can I know that after my Acl surgery my Graft is alive or fail ?
I have infection in my knee after surgery and i am taking antibiotics(tarcocid& tobraneg )How long
I will continue antibiotics?
My line of treatment is correct or not?

The viability of a graft is usually evaluated by imaging (MRI) or arthroscopic studies. Though a failure can be suspected on a clinical examination, it would not be possible to tell for sure. Infection, especially if during early post-operative period may hamper the healing process. The duration and the type of antibiotics would depend on the severity, response and the type of infection; and these are best decided by your doctor. Without knowing the relevant clinical details it would be inappropriate to comment further than this on the management plan. You may like to discuss this in detail with your orthopedician/ infectious disease specialist.
