ANTERIOR TARSAL TUNNEL SYNDROME?

by jblack17, Oct 11, 2009 05:24PM
I have pain in my foot when I push off while walking. It is in the big toe/ball of foot area. I had ankle tightrope surgery on July 6, 2009 as a result of a eversion sprain/syndesmossis injury. I am now left with no akle pain, a small amount of swelling around ankle and this foot pain. It does not hurt when at rest only during dorsiflexion and plantarflexion with eversion. There is also a numb spot in my first webspace. If this is tarsal tunnel syndrome what can I do? Will this continue to improve with time? I would appreciate any advice.
