Ankle and foot trouble

I'm a college softball player and I have two different foot issues.
First, I turned my left ankle about 3 months ago, it hurt really bad the first few steps I took but it felt ok afterward. I didn't go to the athletic trainer because I thought I was ok but it became really swollen that night and was fine the next day, a week later I turned it again but it didn't hurt that bad so I kept playing again. Since then it has been ranging from swollen to severely swollen depending on the day. I finally went to our AT and she did several evaluations on it and said that I was ok. It is still swelling and becoming worse and worse and hurts more and more to put pressure on it.

Second, I got hit by a line drive on my right foot in a game on a friday. I went to the ER and they took Xrays but said there was no break but there may still be a fracture. The Dr told me to come back in a week to check to make sure there was no fracture. That sunday I was off crutches and walking in an orthopedic boot ok. I was also able to put full pressure on it and walk alone at my home, but the part where I was hit was still very tender. My AT said that I didn't need to go back to the Dr. It then began to bruise under my ankle about that wednesday, but my AT said that was normal and ok. I was doing several ROM exercises and some toe raises for rehab. My AT cleared me to play again that next tuesday and it has been on and off swollen. It is still very sore and tender, but I have been playing full go since. This was 3 weeks ago and my foot is starting to swell again. Is this normal for just a bruise or do I need to see a Dr?

Basically both of my feet/ankles are a mess right now and I don't know whether or not to see a Dr.

I have since gotten x-rays on both feet, my right one that was hit by a ball is doing a lot better. My other one however is still not getting better. I ice it after practice every day, and I'm considering getting an MRI when my season is over. The only thing I'm worried about is that I had ACL reconstruction and have screws in my right leg. Will I still be able to get an MRI?
