Arthritis in spine

by symbian, Jul 02, 2009 09:10AM
I have gone to an Orthopedic doctor and was told I have Arthritis in my lwer back / spine. I have some degeneration.

I was given some pills for inflamation (inflammation) and pain, but I dont want to just live with this.

I have been researching the laser spine institute in FL. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

Go for ergonomics correction. Proper bed, proper chair, proper shoes and also do some back exercises to strengthen you back muscles. Take care of your back and continue medication intermittently. If you are not relieved of your pain or you have increase in symptoms you have to visit a neurosurgeon. Take care!
