Bone density

Bone density

HI,

I don't know if this is the right forum.

Following is results from recent bone density testing.  I also gave results from 2007 for comparison.
This is not the same machine.  They told me that they don't compare with past tests because they haven't
calibrated results between the two machines.

Results from 2007 are:- New results from 2009 are:-
Lumbar spine L1-2 1.405, 119%, Z=1.9 AP spine L1-4 1.315, 103%, Z=0.3
R. total hip 1.216, 123%, Z=1.9 Right femur neck 1.100, 106%, Z=0.4
L. total hip 1.199, 121%, Z=1.7 Left femur neck 1.084, 104%, Z=0.3
Left Forearm  0.833, 95%, Z=-0.5

Is this change likely a problem.  I have high blood calcium levels.  My doctor wasn't concerned with the high calcium at last visit and asked me to see him in 3 months.  I meantime I did the bone density testing.  I'm not due to see him again till next year. should I try see him earlier?  Any advice on other tests that should be done.

I have hypothyroid, but my thyroid levels are normal range with medication (dessicated thyroid), also have mild diabetes, so far managed with diet only.  I am 39 year old lady.  A little overweight.  exercise 3 - 4 times a week..
