Bones in my neck are deteriorating and curved..

I cant turn my neck to the left, I even had to stop driving and working, do to the server pain, and not being able to turn my neck,I have been to the chiropractors and they just cracked my neck in hopes that the bones will move back straight, but that did nothing, they took more xrays, but still the same,, do I need surgery to correct my curved neck and to deal with the bone deterioration ?
