Bunnels Solution

Is there anything that can be temporarily substituted for Bunnels Solution when doing the bandage change on a muscle flap reduction (surgery 3 wks. ago), what can you use if you just cannot buy the Bunnels Solution, and is there any place that will help with the cost of bandages?
