Calf pain and numbness in foot

Calf pain and numbness in foot

About a month and a half ago I woke up and snapped up quickly.  Immediately I had pain in my back and whole lower body.  I felt like I couldn't move and felt very nauseated. The whole day I could not really move and walking was out of the question. I would crawl to the bathroom.  It slowly got better and what I noticed the most is the numbness in my two far right toes with a lot of calf pain.  Eventually the calf pain was somewhat gone and had slight numbness.  I love to run and I was in training for a marathon so I tried to run and the calf pain came back with force.  I could hardly walk or straighten my leg out.  I have only tried to run one other time since then and it has gotten a little better but it is still there.  My calf muscles tighten up so much.  Unlike I have ever had before.  In the mornings sometimes it is worse and a little hard to get moving.  I also get muscle cramping at night.  This is all only in my right leg.  As far as the numbness goes, it is always there.  Sometimes faint and sometimes I can really feel it.  I thought it might be a herniated disc, went to a chiropractor for a while but things seemed to stay the same.  Then a sports dr and he said it was probably pifitortis syndrome.  Can anyone please help me and let me know how to get better??  Thanks!
