Can my difficulty in sleeping and dizziness be caused by my cervical spinal stenosis?

I was diagnosed about a year ago with multi-level cervical spondylosis (from C-4 to C7).  Also some spinal canal stenosis from C4 through C6.  In the last month or so I have had a lot more pain and stiffness in my neck, often with associated pain and stiffness in shoulders and upper arms.  If I stay in one position too long (like long distance driving), I feel like I cannot even lift my arms (though I can if I force myself), and the pain is so severe it makes me cry.  I often feel like my head weighs about 30 pounds and is supported only by a thin, weak neck.
Most recently I have started experiencing some disequilibrium, which does not last more than an hour or so usually, but makes me need support in walking.  I also blacked out for a few seconds while driving (literally felt like a dark veil passed over me from head to toe), which scared the **** out of me.
Also, I do not sleep well at night, even if I do not feel like I am in pain.
Anyone else had symptoms like this associated with spondylosis or stenosis?

I have the same condition and have experienced dizziness and vertigo. It was so bad that I ended up having anxiety attacks.
However, I have recently had acupuncture and I must say now my dizziness/vertigo issues is very minimum
