Cleveland or Mayo Clinic or somewhere else?

My friend has an Acetabular labrum tear in his right hip - trying to figure out which place is best for treatment.
Long story - he fell and has had pudendal nerve entrapment release surgery and a percutaneous diskectomy - still having difficulties.  Found out he has a 10 - 2 tear in right hip and small tears in left.  He also has numb toes in his right foot.
