Compartment syndrome? Severe shin splints? trigger points?

by nathanstl, Jun 11, 2008 06:04PM
Have been to primary care phys. with no help. Been to chiropractors, tried rest, elevation, reduced activity, massages. Nothing helps. When feeling the muscles in lower leg you can feel lots of knots or lumps. Pain has been slowly increasing over the past few years. Used to run a lot. Worried about compartment syndrome. Who would be the best specialist to see? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
