Confused

well i'm 15 and about a year or 2 ago i went to a specialist about having surgery on my legs because i have genu varum ( bow legs ) and he told me that he would cut an inch of my bone out to correct but told me it might not work because i'm apparently almost fully grown. so i did some research and found a brace that has been used in the US to straighten the legs and has even been used on 60 year olds and this gives me some hope. i'm in year 10 and since the beginning of high school i have been teased about my legs, i also get clicking hips and knees, when i run or dance to much i tend to get sore hips and aches on the inside of my knees, does anyone know someone in Australia Nsw a doctor who does this sort of procedure, or has anyone else had bow legs straightened ?
Also i have a slight curve in my back which has been diagnosed as scoliosis and i have bunyens on my big toes which also cause me alot of pain if someone could get back to me on that too ?
