Congenital chest asymmetry

Congenital chest asymmetry

Hello,

I am a female, almost 26 years old. I've got light congenital chest asymmetry, because my father has the same. I now started to practice aikido and went to the doctor to check my heart (had some complaints). The heart is probably all right (don't know exactly right now), but I am writing here in regards to my asymmetry. Two doctors, one of them dealing with sports medicine, checked me and said that sinse I have the assymetry all other spine departments and pelvis bones are suffering, meaning they are relocated relative to each other. One of my legs, according to doctor's measures, is 1' longer than the other. They say that I have to strengthen those muscles that hold the spine and the bones, otherwise it will progress and I will get spine problems and if I decide to have a child I will have to have ceasarian section, or, if not, it's not possible to predict how the pelvis bones will open and if they will be able to close again. What do you think about it all?
Thank you.
