DISLOCATED PINKY

I have dislocated my same left pinky finger three times playing football and baseball. now everytime i catch a ball or someothing, my finger hurts and feels like it dislocated and it feels weaker every time it hurt it. What should I do to help this ???

You have to go to the orthopaedician for an X-ray and check the alignment of your phalanges in your finger. If they are not aligned and the reason for dislocation and present problem a reduction may be necessary. Sometimes fixation is required with wires and discuss all the possible cure after assessment of your case near an Orthopaedician. Take care!
