Damaged Vertebra, Difference in old and new MRI

Experts,

My Mother has been suspected for Bone Tuberclosis, which was diagnosed on Dec 15th when we took first MRI.One of her vertebra is damaged and some nerves are compressed. She is on total bed rest.
We took another MRI on Jan 24th, after a month and a half of TB medications.
I am sharing both the MRI reports and just would like to know if her conditions are improving or not after comparing both the MRI's.

Here is the link for the MRI reports( Colored is the old MRI report and Black & white is the new MRI report)

Your time and help in this regards will be highly appreciated.
