Diagnosis Scapular Winging with Long Thoracic Nerve Damage, Help!

6 months ago I was injured when lifting heavy equipment. After a few weeks the pain moved from my right shoulder to my shoulder blade. I did 7weeks therapy and my Ortho took me out and said that I would need to find a specialist. I know this is a rare injury, but there has to be relief somewhere, Right? My symptoms are weakness, limited mobility, extreme muscle tightness, stabbing pain under shoulder blade, tingling, numbness, and ocassional sensations of electrocution from my neck to my ribs. All of the Doctors I have seen say I shouldn't have this much pain and that it is mainly asthetic, but yet they can't help me because they don't know about treating this injury. Well I know that there are others in pain! I have had EMG's MRI's, X-Rays, everything to confirm this diagnosis with nerve damage, but still have no one who can help. Please if anyone knows of a specialist in Scapular Winging let me know. I am to the point that I can't handle this pain anymore, Please anyone help.

You consult a neurosurgeon for the long thoracic nerve damage which in turn is causing the winging of the scapula due to the nerve involvement.
You take some anti inflammatory drugs for the pain intermittently and are advised to follow up in a multispeciality with neurosurgeon & orthopaedician. Take care!
