Discus Triangularis not fine after a year

Hey all,
about 13 months ago I fell from by bike and hurt my wrist (male, 25y). No bones injured, but doc said my Discus Triangularis (Triangular fibrocartilage) is hurt and I might need OP. Luckily, with a bandage, the situation got better and after some months it was back to "normal". Almost. The problem is, sometimes, under great stress, it still hurts, like lifting heavy things. A month ago I had to tear down a wall and the night after my entire hand was numb (luckily got better the next day). So I guess its not back to normal. Any ideas what I can do improve the situation? Special treatment, sports, rehabilitation??? Thank you for suggestions!
