Dislocated sterno clavicular

I got told back in the summer 08 that i had dislocated my right sterno clavicualar joint with some subluxation of the left. My left collar bone is now like my right. When ever i put my arms above my head the bone 'pops' out. I used to be able to feel it 'pop' out but i can no longer feel it. I have been to one doctor and they have said that it is a rare injurey and there isn't much they can do about it. I'm thinking of going somewhere else to have a second opinion. I was just wondering if there is surgery or treatment that will guaranty my shoulders (collar bones) will get better and for me to get back to my sport?
