Do I Need My Hip/Foot Checked Out?

I've been struggling to determine the cause of my problems for the last year and a half.  I'll try to be brief.  Started as soreness in abdominal area, then back, now neck, shoulder, hip and foot all on right side of my body.  Went to chiropractor a year ago and found out one leg is shorter than the other, and one hip is offset from the other.  Have tried a heel lift in the right shoe, but seems to have made it worse.  Had MRIs on all three areas of spine, only abnormal result being spinal stenosis C5-C7.  It doesn't sound like that diagnosis explains everything.

I had a foot scan at chiro as well, and revealed my right foot is fairly flat.  Could all of my problems stem from that or from my hip?  It feels like a nerve or tendon or something runs from my shoulder blade area down through the hip and leg.  Is that sciatic nerve?  I'm at my wit's end with trying to figure this out.  I feel like I'll have my whole body scanned by the time this is properly diagnosed.  Any ideas what it could be or where I should go from here?

I also spend a lot of time on computer.  Could it be carpal tunnel related?  Any feedback would be appreciated.

Chair is the place you sit for long hours while working. Most of the chairs for the employees are not properly designed or not aligned with your spine. Every human being is tall or short and depending on that and to give proper support to your back while sitting and working use chair with good back support etc.
Sleeping is 8 hrs per day and 1/3rd of the human life is spent sleeping so again proper bed is necessary.
3rd thing is proper foot wear.
These are life style changes which if followed will not give new back problems or do not aggravate old problems. For your primary problem after examination and diagnosis your Orthopaedician will be the best person to diagnose it and come to a conclusion. Take care!

I saw a physical therapist for an evaluation and I'm awaiting pre-authorization from my insurance before I can begin treatment.  She mentioned exercises I can do at computer as well as positions for sleeping.  What would proper chair be?

I don't doubt that the stenosis could explain some of my discomfort, but wouldn't I have symptoms on both sides of my body if it were from that?  Not just the one?  Literally, my left side is fine while my right side is problematic.

Spinal stenosis at C5-C7, would give you symptoms related to the back and it is good that you change some of your lifestyles. Proper ergonimics, like proper shoes, proper position on bed, proper chair, etc should be followed. You have to maintain normal body weight, calculate your BMI. Do regular exercises to strengthen your back muscles.
Your right foot is flat and also you have one leg shorter so you have to select proper footwear to decrease some pain in the hip etc.
Do not come to self diagnosis, sciatica pain is different, carpal tunnel has different other symptoms.
Follow up your case near a good orthopaedician. Take care!
